Refund Policy
Payments already made to Cloudbillz Pro edition and for any module(s) will not be refunded, once payment is processed by the payment gateway irrespective of the billing cycle, monthly or yearly.
Upon cancellation of your account or downgrading your account to Cloudbillz Free Edition, you won’t be charged again unless otherwise for any due amounts incurred before the downgrade or account cancellation.

Terminate your account
You can cancel your account at any time by logging into your account and selecting the Account Information link under Settings link. Click the Cancel My Account button.
Downgrading your account to Cloudbillz Free Edition or change account subscriptions
To downgrade your account to Cloudbillz Free Edition or to add/remove modules, please select Upgrade & Extend link under Settings.
