Select the sort of query you have, if you have a technical question regarding the system, click on the Technical Support link to contact our tech team. If your query is related to Cloudbillz payments click on Billing & Payment enquiries to contact our sales team.

Create a New Enquiry

Click on New ticket to place a new enquiry to our system. The actions tab will inform you with the current status of your query. This will allow you to stay in track with your query.

Provide a fitting title for your query in the title section. Describe your issue in details so our technical team can properly understand the issue at hand, you can also attach Screenshots or Images to help us understand the problem even further.

Click on Submit Your Ticket to send the report you our support team. This will open a message thread where you will be advised how proceed with your issue. You can reply to our support team should you require further clarification.
