Create your account with Cloudbillz

If this is your first time using Cloudbillz, sign up for a 30-day full-featured trial to get access to all of the amazing features. Choose our lifetime free option with all of the basic tools that you need for a small operation and extend to our paid options as your business grow!

Login

If you already have an account with Cloudbillz, login to your account with your email address and password. (figure 1.1)

Customize your business profile

Business Profiles

Click on the BUSINESS PROFILE icon on the side menu. Then select edit icon under "Actions" and then fill out your company information. (figure 1.2)

Your business name, address, company logo, phone numbers, email, website link, default invoice/quote note will appear on each Invoice/Quote you create.

In the Notes section you can your payment terms, bank account information for manual payments or any other important information relevant to your business.

Adding new clients and manage their information

Click on the Clients icon on the side menu. Then select Add New Client (figure 1.3). First select the client type whether your client is an individual or an organization, then starts to fill in your client’s name, address and email address, these will appear on the invoices and quotes you send.

If you need to edit the client profile, simply click on the edit icon under the "Actions" icon (figure 1.3) and then make necessary changes and click on "save".
